The National Conference of Editorial Writers has updated its Web site to enhance its quarterly publication and provide more up-to-date information in a more attractive, user-friendly format. The new site, announced Aug. 7, features the entire content of the summer edition of "The Masthead" online, as well as a preview of the fall issue. In addition, the site features blogs, updated posts on developments within the organization, a forum for conversations among editorial writers and editors beyond NCEW's lively list serve, an online resource for developments and trends.

Organization officials say they hope the site provides more information to its members in a more timely, better organized manner, and that it serves as a recruitment and retention tool.

NCEW also is now accessible on Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn.
