The American Editor, published since 1925, is
the magazine of the American Society of Newspaper Editors. Published nine
times a year, the magazine examines issues of interest to all newspaper editors,
including management, editorial content and ethics. It also features information
of interest to ASNE members, including a regular note from the ASNE president
and ASNE on a Move, a look at comings and goings of members.
Although members receive the magazine as part of their membership, non-members
are invited to subscribe. In addition, members are entitled to discounts on
multiple subscriptions to the same newsroom.
